What would you do to protect your family and ease their minds? Most people would do anything to protect the ones they love, and I am no different. Hearing a USPS employee speak badly about your child is appalling, to say the least. When I learned about this, my response to my child was, “Let it go, son; she may be having a bad day.” However, my child informed me that this behavior had been occurring repeatedly and without cause. As a skeptical person, I reviewed footage from my video cameras and found several instances of this carrier yelling at our home. On some occasions, no one was even at home.
While we have had occasional delivery issues in the past, nothing compares to the situation we faced after reporting the profanity to Manager Justin Nixon and Dennis R. We attempted to show them the video evidence, but since then, our mail delivery has been problematic for nearly 18 to 19 months. When a substitute carrier is assigned, we do receive mail. Despite submitting a forwarding request online to USPS, which has been accepted every time, we still receive no mail. I will continue to fight for the safe return of proper mail delivery to my home.
