This image shows a delivery by a USPS supervisor from May 2024. After months of not receiving mail and repeatedly calling our local South County USPS office, we came home to find five crates of withheld mail from USPS. Along with these crates of missing mail, there was a letter from a Keri B. stating that our address was no longer able to receive mail. Yet, all of our neighbors still receive mail daily, with the closest mailbox to ours being less than six inches away.
Once we receive legal advice about the letter, we will share it. Do you think it was acceptable for USPS to withhold months of our mail and falsely mark it as a request to hold when we never made such a request, despite calling several times to inquire about our mail? We simply want our mail and safety returned to our home. We shouldn’t be punished for reporting safety issues to our local office.
